Carving Pumpkins

Before Halloween, we spent an evening carving a couple of pumpkins. We had high hopes for Lincoln's participation. 

At first, it was new and kind of fun.

But once daddy convinced him to stick his hand all the way in, he wanted nothing to do with the sticky mess. He  kept trying to brush it off his hands, which of course didn't work.

So Brad was left to carve the pumpkins on his own. And Lincoln was off to other activities... which means I don't even have any pictures of the finished products! Maybe next year...
