The Kohlmans

I haven't been to the state fair since high school. Lincoln learned about the fair at school this year, and he talked about going for almost two weeks. That, combined with a work friend who had some free tickets for us meant Lincoln and I went on the day of the Alumni Golf Tournament. It was sad that daddy couldn't join us, but we had a lot of fun - giant fish tank, pig races, free ice cream, giant produce, train ride, Pronto Pups, weatherman, little farm toys, and more free ice cream!

On July 1st, Brad started a new job as Alumni Relations Director for our alma mater, Bethel College KS. He has had a little bit of a learning curve since it's all new for him to learn, but he loves working at Bethel! We've been spending quite a bit more time on campus and events as well. Lincoln is becoming quite the campus kid. I know it's not the same as when my grandparents literally grew up on campus, but he is starting to feel like this is a place where he really belongs, which makes both his parents quite happy.
